Raj is an entrepreneur with global experience in manufacturing and trading with over 25 years of international expertise. Having done his Mechanical Engineering from the prestigious Anna University Chennai, he has headed various companies in leadership positions in India and UAE.
Recognized among peers and industry as a well-balanced, pragmatic business head, Raj is a certified ERP Consultant and has multiple performance awards including ISO 9002 and SIGMA 6 management awards.
As Founder and Managing Director of Miella, he manages the end-to-end operation of Procurement, Project Supplies and Contracting.
Raj Kumar J
Wilson is a seasoned hotelier with a graduation in Psychology and Hotel Management, having over three decades of hospitality leadership experience with leading international chains globally and a gradual climb up the ladder gaining the much needed hands on experience to efficiently run an organization.
He is a Fellow at the Institute of Hospitality (FIH) London, Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) from American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute and has been a Senior Assessor for the "Dubai Quality Awards" a Dubai Government initiative that provides holistic framework for organisational excellence and recognizes organizations that serve as role models.
